For people who haven't gotten there yet. But will.
You already know what you want. You just haven't built it yet.
Maybe you're still at the job. Maybe you're building something on the side and not sure when to jump. Maybe you've tried before and you're figuring out what's different this time.
That's what this is for.
The Kool Life is where I document the real process of building a life on your own terms. Not the polished version after it worked out. The real one, while it's happening, with the actual numbers, the actual decisions, and the moments that aren't clean.
I'm Karl. Automation and AI by trade, creative entrepreneur at heart, Atlanta-based, building this live. If you want my full story, the About page has it.
KOOL stands for Kreating Our Own Lives. I came up with it at fifteen. Wanted something that actually meant something.
K - Knowledge. Stay curious. Learn what compounds.
O - Opportunity. See the openings others are too busy to notice.
O - Organization. Build systems that give you your time back.
L - Lifestyle. Design a life you actually want to live.
That's the framework. Not a formula. A direction.
The more time you build back for yourself, the more of it you spend doing what you love.
That's what I'm building toward. And you can build it too. This is how I'm doing mine.
This isn't about a specific industry or a specific kind of person.
It's for anyone who's tired of waiting for permission to build the life they actually want. Someone who's willing to learn new things, try things that might not work, and stay in the fight when it gets hard.
If that's you, you're in the right place.
Not sure where you are or what the next move is? Answer ten honest questions and I'll send you a plan built around your actual situation. Not a template. Yours.
Rather just start reading? The blog is where I put everything I'm thinking about, building, and learning.
Notes on AI, automation, creative entrepreneurship, and building a life on your own terms. No noise. Just the next post and the occasional thing worth sharing.
